My 98 year old mother has been a patient of Dr. Jimenez for decades. My mom's employer retiree health plan changed & Dr. Jimenez's office will not accept it. I called & spoke to the RUDE office manager who refuse to make an appointment for my mom to see Dr. Jimenez as an out of network patient & even would not make the appointment if my mom PAID CASH for the Dr. services ( and my mom would work with directly with the Ins Company regarding reimbursement) I can't believe Dr Jimenez allow this rude disregard for patients that t... read more
