Have been going to Dr Felix for nine years with my two dogs (Casper and Theo), I can not say enough about how good Dr Felix is. Just a great vet and person. He is a very thorough vet and doesn’t pull any punches. A very knowledgeable vet who also keeps our costs down. I highly recommend Dr Felix. Bill Tewkesbury
Awful service. I called and asked if I can bring my cat in, she is diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, I just wanted a second opinion. And instead of getting an appointment booked, the man on the phone told me to get a referral to internal medicine and hung up on me. Lost a potential client, thank you for the rude behaviour, at least I know where not to bring my pet.
Called the office around 7 to 10 times within a span of a few weeks without an answer. Fast forward 8 months and someone picks up the phone, a gentleman, no greeting, nothing, had no life in his voice. Probably a vet. Previous owner went to this clinic and I was trying to find out my cat's age, whoever was on the phone didn't help me. Didn't even try, so much for customer service.
