Called the office around 7 to 10 times within a span of a few weeks without an answer. Fast forward 8 months and someone picks up the phone, a gentleman, no greeting, nothing, had no life in his voice. Probably a vet. Previous owner went to this clinic and I was trying to find out my cat's age, whoever was on the phone didn't help me. Didn't even try, so much for customer service. He is the best vet ever!!! My dog Coco is so happy with him and his partners.
Extremely rude and unprofessional when I just tried calling to get an update on my puppy 's vaccine record to ensure he is properly covered and had all his shots. The man I spoke with was very ignorant and was not helpful at all. Please NEVER bring your pets here, you will be very disappointed.
Unreliable and given incorrect information. Seriously, go somewhere else!
