Today I had knee surgery at Alberta Surgical Group and everything went very well. Dr. Joseph Cavanagh clearly explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. The nurses and staff were professional, kind, and supportive throughout the entire process. I felt comfortable and in good hands the whole time. I had an exceptional experience with my left knee replacement at Alberta Surgical Group. From start to finish, the level of care, professionalism, and kindness was truly exceptional. Dr. McGale was outstanding—knowledgeable, reassuring, and compassionate. Surgeon and nurses were professional and kind. The ladies at the reception desk are horribly rude though. Completely ignored me standing there, then I thought I heard one say hello so I said I had an appointment. She cut me off by yelling 'NOT ME'. I wish I caught her name so I could call her out here but I was so caught off guard at being treated that way
Alberta surgical group did a good job today on my knee. Was there at 830am home by 230 pm. Nurses were all polite, facility was clean and professional. Dr Durant has worked on 2 buddies of mine and did great work so I suspect mine will turn out great all said and done. Very happy with them. Best part was when they rolled me into pre op the girls had some good tunes jammed and was a good way to ease mind . Thanks guys
This is the best hospital I have ever been to for surgery. My wish would be for the Alberta Government to follow this model. ASG has the best staff, setup and care in my personal experience. I highly recommend this business for medical surgery.
