These guys are completely focused on productivity and getting mass numbers across their tables each day. Quality is definitely a second choice, and you will most likely feel more like a victim than a patient at the end of your surgery. I repeatedly heard people in this building bragging about their numbers before my surgery, and after my surgery, there was lots of surgical damage and they chose to skip a few areas to get the surgery done quicker.
