My 4 year old had a dental procedure on Tuesday. The procedure went well and the team was friendly however the nurses in the recovery area were awful. Short and not very compassionate. Shoved a popsicle at my daughter's face when she couldn't even open her eyes and was not awake enough for that. Also just brushed off the allergic reaction my daughter had while she was asleep (her face blew right up and her eyes were swollen shut) gave me a freezing cold paper towel to wipe the blood off her face. i taken my toddler for dental surgery which is a 5 hour drive from home. they got her in just a bit over a month early then expected date. the nurses were absolutely phenomenal and i cannot thank Dr Alicia enough. you guys not only made sure my daughter felt comfortable but always reassured me when I was upset and overwhelmed. you helped us beyond measures and were so clear and imformative over everything. i'm at a loss of words for how amazing everyone there is. thank you thank you thank you!!
I had my hip replacement surgery on my right hip today by Dr Panaro. His expertise combined with the top notch care of his team was exceptional. The anesthesiologist was great, (I wish I could remember his name). I can’t remember all the nurse’s names, but Val, Sarah, Kayla were amazing in their care, as well as the Physical Therapist, (sorry I forgot her name), and Jessica, the Pharmacist. I had such a positive experience at ASC. From the moment I checked in, everything was so organized and ran smoothly. Every staff member I met was kind, calm, and genuinely caring. My surgeon was skilled, reassuring, and took the time to make sure I fully understood what to expect. My anesthesiologist was amazing! He and made me feel completely safe and comfortable going into surgery. My pain was really well controlled, and i was checked on often to make sure I stayed comfortable.
