maintence and management are always prompt with an issues
Update: third year, still living here. Happy to live here. Pros: I'm blessed to live in an apartment with good heating. Decent bathroom features. Cute balcony. Centric--I can walk to Walmart, Wegmans, etc. Cons: The basement (where the laundry room is located) is a bit scary. The kitchen doesn't have a sink garbage disposal. Hallway closets are a bit narrow.
Since I have moved in, I have had no problems. When I had to call for anything it was taken care of right away. It is a nice place to live.
This property is in a great location and is well maintained. The manager is professional, helpful, and easy to work with. I highly recommend!
