Called nice gentleman on the phone, advised to call another association, got the answer that they mainly deal with commercial and to call another place, I have a leak on from my ceiling, I understand a lot of people are busy with the hail storm from 4 months ago (Aug 5th 2024) but no one can look or come out to help me, so just live with the issue, great.
