Do not put your faith in Arlene and Gord, completely unprofessional and take advantage of tenants.
As per usual these landlords/companies take advantage of their tenants. Had a fire alarm that was not fixed for over a year. When I moved out they charged me a ridiculous amount of my damage deposit for "cleaning" when I had left the unit cleaner then when I found it, and had the move in inspection to prove it. They gave me an incredibly hard time when I tried to get my tv back, which I had left in order to benefit the future tenants, turns out the landlord took if for his own basement.
