Dr. Steven and all the staffs are very kind, encouraging and supportive. I am so grateful for curing my migraines suffering last several years due to two big car accidents.
Worst patient experience I have ever had, felt interrogated the entire appointment and had one of the nurses/practicioners basically call me a liar because I couldn't remember the EXACT wording that my doctor used in the referral...very demeaning experience to say the least. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
I’m am desperate for a simple referral to somebody who can give me cortisone injections. This clinic tested me, and they know I need treatment or surgery. I cannot type, write with a pen, or even talk on the phone without my hands going completely numb. I’ve been calling them kindly for about 6 weeks now asking for this referral, yet they do not have the time (probably a one minute task) to send this referral. Love Dr Rai! She has been taking care of me at Alberta Neurologic Centre for my Botox injections for my migraines for the last while. She is so compassionate and knowledgeable and even on my days I come in a migraine for my Botox she takes great care when doing my injections. She has been so helpful alongside the NP I see Ron and who has helped me immensely as well. I’m lucky to have such a great team taking care of me and keeping my migraines in check so I can function in my daily life.
