Exceptional service, care, quality, and skills. This family owned business went out of their way to help our family during a crisis. Our mother had a medical emergency which made her returning to her home difficult. This team met a time challenge to install vinyl flooring throughout the top floor of the house, along with a complete conversion of a bathtub to a walk-in shower. Attended the store in person, spoke with staff about my project. Took home samples, had someone come out and do measurements, then for 3 weeks no follow up. Called the store, sent a message through their instagram account and no response to either. It’s now been over a month with no estimate and no response to any of my follow up. Can’t comment on their actual work (install quality etc…) but the fact that I couldn’t even get the courtesy of a “sorry we’re not interested in your business” sets the tone for me.
As with any renovation, there were times that I was absolutely frustrated, but when they got down to work, they did an absolutely first rate job.
Great experience from beginning to end. Prices are fair and flooring is quality. Bahar helped me choose flooring from their many options and sent me home with samples to try. Ming did a great job on the install. He is quick and efficient. Bob oversaw the whole thing and even offered options on baseboard and trim ideas. Highly recommend.
