Very poor communication and follow-up. I contacted the clinic weeks after my lab sample was taken and was told they still had not received the results. I later contacted the lab myself and found out the report had actually been sent to the clinic long before. When I called back, nobody seemed to know what happened. Patients should not have to chase their own test results like this.
The staff was courteous and professional but unable to take care of my issues but they referred me to a facility that could.
