Constant and careful attention to detail, and determined pursuit of excellence in all my interactions with them! Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a pair of glasses made elsewhere that I could not see out of, and the original provider said they were made to spec. My examining doc and the optician could not seem to figure out what was wrong. We needed to have our 5 year olds eyes checked to register for kindergarten. We love supporting neighborhood businesses and were excited to be able to get in here same day on a Tuesday morning. The routine eye exam took 2 hours! I couldn’t believe it. They were unapologetic about it as well. My son was really nervous about his first eye doctor appointment and the long wait definitely didn’t help make this a positive experience. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back.

I went to Alberta Eye Care for an eye exam and my experience great until I urgently needed contacts six months later. Having ordered a year supply directly from the office, several boxes were lost in transit upon relocating to New York and I found myself completely without contacts. I reordered via 1-800-CONTACTS on a Sunday with overnight shipping. Nikki Walker refused to work with the 1-800-CONTACTS rep and refill the prescription because I had "used too many contacts".
