ADX has a difficult time delivering the customer journey one might expect from a business of this nature. A recent employee addition in the last few months appears to be struggling to provide the experience ADX had developed a reputation for.

I don't write a lot of reviews but my experience with ADX was exceptional! I had a consultation with Vannesa and she took the time to understand myself and my fiance to be. She educated me about the diff diamond cuts and presented several options. I could not be happier with the choice. When I picked up the ring she even gave me tips on how to make the proposal go smoothly, even giving me a smaller more discrete ring box. My experience at ADX was second to none. I was in the market for an engagement ring and had the pleasure of working with Kristen to create the ring of my (fiancée’s) dreams.
