Been here many times for repairs and customization and the service has always been excellent. Amy is a pleasure to work with on customized rings. O
Very knowledgeable and professional staff with great quality rings but their process is very slow. My family members have used them for two engagement rings and both had delays and resizing can take close to 4 weeks given their working hours. We personally will not use them again for new purchases due to the recent impact of the long turn around time but would recommend them to others to use if you know the proper size or have over a month lead time.
My parents designed and gifted me a stunning opal necklace, I am so thrilled with the design and quality, thank you!!
