This group is outstanding. As I can agree some business practices of companies are in their own self-interest, but these vermin are only essential to the PRAIRIE, not a strip mall or near a neighborhood. When they are actually in the Great Plains or on an actual prairie and not in the SUBURBS, in that patch of grass someone decides is a prairie, not near Tokyo Joes, they can actually maintain prairie vegetation. I have known of Alberta Development Partners for many years and have seen them evolve into a premiere real estate development company. As a design professional, I have visited most of their developments along the front range of Colorado. I believe they do an exceptional job of creating high-quality environments that enhance local communities by bringing retailers, restaurants and a mix of differing uses together in a design sensitive manner.
