I've been coming here for 2 years now and drive 2 hours each time. After seeing 3 different derms I was happy to finally get a diagnosis for my hair loss, but Dr. Wong continues to dismiss my concerns for the medications not working and me wondering about another type of hair loss existing. Medical clinic is great. Staff are nice. Wait times are long. Not impressed with the medical advice/care of dermatologists. Saw both Dr. Kwok and Dr. Wong (diff dates). Medical advice/care for the health issue is completely inconsistent with what other doctors and medical research says on the topic. Agree with other low reviews that the doctors are generally dismissive and rushed. Suggest seeking other dermatologist referrals!
Had a great experience recently coming here for a consult. The staff were so welcoming and the clinic is so clean and aesthetic!! Dr. Wong is attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming here for any skincare concerns
