Although Dr. Rao is very nice, I didn’t feel very confident leaving his office. Each time I saw him, the skin check felt very quick. He would scan my skin briefly and say something like, “You look great,” and send me on my way. I saw him two more times after my initial referral. Dr Rao and the physician extenders cured my adult acne
Horrible experience with Dr. Tiffany Kwok. She spent 1 second checking my face and the rest of time typing in front of her computer. She didn’t give any explanation or helpful information about my skin problems. When I asked her how to solve the excessive dryness of my face, she literally ROLLED HER EYES and told me to move to somewhere else. I thought I was here asking for medical advice not life advice.
This place is terrible. My appointment was maybe 10 minutes if I’m being generous. That’s 10 mins from the moment I walked in the door to check in to leaving. The “Dr” that saw me didn’t want to listen to anything I had to say.. I had a few questions and in the middle of me talking she got up and walked out the door to get me a coupon .. then when she came back I tried to continue talking to her and she WALKED OFF.. didn’t say goodbye or anything.
