Its as if there receptionist doesnt exist. Ive visited this location for service and theres only ever 2-3 people in the waiting room so I wonder why no phone calls ever get answered. It’s ridiculous that I feel like I have to travel all the way downtown just to ask something that couldve been answered over the phone. Ive called several times during open hours in the past two weeks and nobody answered. I will personally work there as a receptionist if you all are understaffed.
I’ve noticed there aren’t many testimonials about Dr. Rao’s liposuction, so I want to be one of the first to share my experience and give him a well-deserved 5-star review. Throughout my entire experience, I’ve never had issues with long appointment waits or delays in the waiting room. Honestly, some of the negative reviews I've read seem a bit exaggerated or unfair.
