I went to Dr Rao for a follow up appointment. My appointment was for 10:15. I was taken to a treatment room 10 minutes later and told the treatment would have to wait until the Fall but Dr Rao would be in shortly to see me. Thirty five minutes later, I went down the hall looking for an assistant to find out what was going on. Apparently they had forgotten about me.. This was extremely disturbing because my family and I have been seeing Dr Rao for over 20 years. There was no apology. This is the second time this has happened!
Fast, friendly, generous. Great experience.
My visit with Dr. Rao left me in happy tears as he was the most compassionate doctor I have ever seen. I spent very little time waiting, the nurses were excellent, and the time Dr. Rao spent showed me how efficient, knowledgeable and caring he is. I am finally getting the help I’ve been needing for over 10 years and I am so thankful.
