Dr Kwok and staff are always amazing , friendly and quick to get in to. Thank you for the great caring service.
Dr Kwok was professional and took her time explaining what my areas of concern were. Also Nurse Wendy was awesome doing a procedure on my ear.
I was quite disturbed to see that the doctor had the dirtiest lab coat I have ever seen. Black and gray on the sleeves , collar and the pockets. Also noticed hand hygiene was poorly done by the nurse and the doctor. Neither one washed their hands before touching the patient, or cleansed their hands before and after donning and doffing gloves. I was referred to this clinic to get a cyst removed a couple weeks ago. When I got the call to book the appointment, the woman on the other side of the phone told me they have no surgeons there, and that I will have to go somewhere else. She then called me back about 5 minutes later and said she "forgot" they do have a surgeon there and booked my appointment.
