I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Rao for a surgical procedure that was recommended during a prior consultation. I proactively confirmed the appointment through text and email, and even followed up with a phone call a few days beforehand to ensure everything was in order. Traveling from out of town, I took time off work and covered the cost of a hotel stay, fully prepared for the procedure to take place. Dr rao is the best dermatologist and doctor ive ever had in my life and i bounced around to about 15 different ones over the last 15 years as i have a rare skin condition that is hard to treat. He is compassionate, understanding, answers all questions. Always offers to try new things and will work with you on everything. The nursing staff at his clinic are all amazing as well. 10/10 i would recommend anyone to go here for cosmetics or medical concerns.
