Excellent! Dr Kwok and Veronica and team are excellent!
Worst experience! Waited over an hour to get in due to a mix up on the front reception areas part. They were also snippy when it came to asking them why it was taking so long. Not impressed at all.
I was referred to Dr. Rao by my family Doctor about a year ago as a medical referral. I only saw Dr. Rao a couple of times he was kind to deal with. I do continually go and have regular appts. Veronica is my favorite nurse there. She is super sweet & easy to talk too and understanding. She is not rush and get you out. If you have questions she will listen. You also get in quick to your appt. The longest I ever waited was 10 min the max after a scheduled time.
I've been going to see Dr. Rao at Rao Dermatology for many years now and he and his staff have always been so kind, helpful and encouraging! They truly go above and beyond to diagnosis and treat any problems you might have. Dr. Rao continues to provide yearly check ups for me and is so reassuring and compassionate! I appreciate them so much! Thank you Dr. Rao and staff! 🥰
