BEWARE. Customer service, and basic decency is non-existent. This company installed the AC and Furnace on the new build duplex I purchased just under two years ago, the AC stopped working and I was having issues with the HRV as well. Was trying to get Dennis to help us for about 2 weeks but he refused to provide any sort of timeframe - not even an estimated week he could make it over, just that he would keep in touch which he did not. Steve was excellent. Fixed our fan and then came back the next day when it shifted again during the night. Very happy with the follow up.
Worst company ever.DO NOT CALL THEM.They must yesterday install A/C unit in my house.Technisian showed up drunk.Was telling he put sanitizer on his hands.Then tell the truth.Strong smell of alcohol came from his breath.Kick him out of my house.Then his boss call me.Telling his guy was drinking yesterday,so today his ok.I call main office and email was sent to vice president.They lost they contract.I should cal police on him for impaired driving also.Very bad company.
