My special-needs child and I visited Dr. Bhola a few days ago, and his compassion and patience truly stood out. He took the time to explain every step in detail, made sure we felt comfortable, and showed genuine care for my child's needs. My brother recently got admitted. His nurse Jessica in the PICU and all the supporting team such as the doctor, respiratory therapists, and cleaning stuff was so nice and helpful. They constantly checked up on him and us. Thank you.

At this point i think we need private hospital I arrive 12:00 until 6:00am I didn’t see the doctor just sitting in waiting room

My first born son was born here, unfortunately for such an important moment one of the nurse’s called child protective services on us without much of a reason. I think it was racially motivated. Staff really needs to treat people better.

We arrived at 1 pm and were there till just past midnight. All that was done was an Xray and a bloodwork. The doctor who released us at the end, was very courteous and respectful. The nurses were nice too. The only issue was, nobody seemed to have any idea what the wait time was going to be. We understand that some things cannot be measured into precise timeliness but even a general idea wouldve been helpful instead of shrugging your shoulders.
