Dr. Marr was minimalist jn his treatment of me. He let me know I did not need to come back for monitoring healing of the stress fracture. He did not bother to show me the two sets of x-rays. He abruptly left the room before I could ask any questions. Time is money - 7 minutes was my allotment. Emerge Orthopedics has a poor pt portal that has had a notice that that it is having problems for 2 months. There phone system is terrible and you cannot get any one on the phone. Loved both Dr Marr and CJ. Informative and to the point while discussing all options clearly.
Dr Marr is going to be operating on my daughter soon. We just had her preop visit and he explained everything very well and answered all of our questions.
Dr Marr was very detailed and I appreciated his approach and plan. I highly recommend him and I am no stranger to surgeries in other cities and treatment plans.

Maar was engaged, willing to review a historical MRI, clear and understanding of problem I am having with foot pain.

Dr. Marr has zero bedside manner and comes across as an uncaring and detached doctor. He did not adequately explain to me how debilitating my foot surgery would be. I feel he was too aggressive with my surgery, so my foot actually became worse after the procedure. When I came back a year later to discuss this fact with him, he became defensive.
