Dr. Heck won’t give you the opportunity to explain your symptoms, experience or concerns. He will interrupt you, talk over you and then expects you’re just supposed to trust that he knows what he’s talking about. What a waste of time….

Our mother was expected to wait nearly 4 months to be seen at this office. Despite requests from 3 other doctors to mark her case URGENT and move the appointment forward, they would not do it. Mom DIED with 22 days left to wait. Would it have hurt the "good doctor " to take 1 additional hour out of any day in order to see her?
