Do not recommend. Explained in detail what our issue was. They assured us they did the service requested. Took the day off, technician came out (over an hour late) Informed us they they dispatched the wrong technician, but again they do the services requested. He just could not handle it. He said someone from the office would call me same day. Of course they did not. I spoke with office this morning and they claim they do not do the services they confirmed with us previously. Waste of our time and extremely unprofessional.

FANTASTIC experience with them! They were on time, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We will use them every year going forward and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a chimney sweep!
They did a great job! They answered my many questions as a first time fireplace owner. They were friendly, professional, respectful of our home (no tracking dirt in the house or any filth from the fireplace!). Will definitely hire them for our next chimney service as needed.
