Has been our "Go To" for annual Chimney sweeping for many years. Now, they no longer answer the telephone. I drove over there yesterday and is daughter gave me his cell phone. That number answered with a message "Better to text." I did twice on different days. Still no response. Going some where else. Very frustrating experience with Albert the Chimney Sweep. We had a chimney cap that was leaking into our home. We called and put a down payment in November, it was their busy time but they assured us it was a quick job and she could “send him out on a Saturday if he needed to” they did not come out to fix the cap for 4 months, all while snow and rain was leaking into our house. Albert called to let me know he was on his way, very respectful of surroundings, explained everything and took care of what was needed and cleaned up.
