The front desk staff, assistants, and phlebotomist were all very welcoming and professional. The wait time was acceptable given the range of services provided and the doctor’s commitment to understanding each patient and offering the best possible care. I was especially impressed that I was able to get a test much sooner than expected—something I had been trying to obtain for over a year with my previous PCPs.
I scheduled an appointment here through ZocDoc for an ear cleaning at 11:30 AM. The receptionists were very kind and professional when I arrived, so no issues there. However, everything else about my visit was disappointing. I waited about an hour before I was taken back by the medical tech.
