I scheduled an appointment here through ZocDoc for an ear cleaning at 11:30 AM. The receptionists were very kind and professional when I arrived, so no issues there. My visit to this doctor’s office started out routine. Check-in was smooth, and once I got to the back, they drew my blood. The doctor came in, did a quick physical, and asked if I had any questions. Then, a young lady came in to do a test on my heart using a machine she clearly didn’t know how to operate.
