I’ve been very fortunate to have Dr Swain and his exceptional staff as my dentist! They are kind, genuinely interested in their patients and are extremely flexible with scheduling my appointments. Every time we go back to Jersey, we always make an appointment here for the family.
Was a patient for over 20 years. Referred several people without even a thanks. Went to see him for pain in back tooth. He xrayed and said nothing wrong, did not check my gums. He referred me to endodontist if pain continued. The week after went to endodontist and was charged $300 for him to tell me that my gums were red and irritated. Went back to Swain to have hygienist cleaning and she told me the same thing. They charged me $400 that day because they forgot to charge me for first visit. I have been a patient for over 20 years. I'm sad to state that Dr. Swain has joined the 'Greed Train". First appt. Toothache...xray..couldn't find anything. Did not check my gums. Script for endo. Went to endo ..no root canal ..charged me $300 for nothing. Back to Swain for cleaning. Gums were inflamed. Charged me $400 (they for got to charge first visit.)...spoke to office person who said would check into this. Nothing was done. If he would of checked my gums it would of saved me $300!! Ughhh
Friendly, fast, painless. Everyone in office was great. Dr Swain extracted my badly broken molar without any pain in under a minute. I would highly recommend him.
After almost 40 years, (been a patient here since I was 3!) I can honestly say that Dr Swain is the only Dentist I would ever see! The whole office is wonderful, caring and professional. My parents and siblings are patients. And I made my husband change dentists when he married me! And my daughter started seeing Dr Swain at 2 years old. He put her in my lap and counted her teeth at the end of my appointment. I never understood why people were afraid of the Dentist. But I literally grew up here
