Receptionist told me the wrong time for my appointment so I missed it. It wasn’t until I called them the next day to rebook that they told me a different time.
Staff and Doctors have always been lovely but their procedures for pathology results is extremely outdated and inconvenient. I understand admin do not have access to pathology results, which is absolutely fine but I was expected to make an appointment with the doctor not knowing if my results were in yet, and could not even have a phone appointment to find out if they were in so I could book a face to face appointment to receive the results.
