Dr. Shamouelian is an incredible person first, and amazing doctor second. He’s provided me with a tremendous amount of help throughout my health journey, and has always been patient, compassionate and supportive. He listens to feedback, and is open to hearing your ideas. 10/10.
Dr. is capable, but phoning it in. Doesn't check on patients or return calls. His office staff is the rudest and most unprofessional I've ever experienced.
Most of the doctors at Cedars are professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Unfortunately, the office staff can significantly impact a patient's experience, whether positively or negatively. In Dr. Albert Shamouelian's office, the staff have consistently come across as rude and unhelpful. Interactions often feel as though patients are inconveniencing them simply by asking questions or seeking assistance. This lack of professionalism and courtesy detracts from the otherwise high standard of care provided by the physicians.

The best ever! He took so much time with me, explained everything, and was very concerned about my diabetes. Just a wonderful wonderful guy!
