He was always ahead of the game, highly knowledgeable, and anticipated potential issues, especially with new laws, taking swift action to prevent delays. What impressed me most was his availability and patience in answering my questions, with excellent communication throughout. We recently sold our townhome with the help of Albert and Roubina at the Condo People. They showed up for our initial interview and explained the sale process and their marketing philosophy. They set up a photographer to showcase our home and held two open houses. After accepting a great offer there was an emergency plumbing and cleanup issue in our garage. There aren't enough good things I can say about Albert and his team. 5 stars aren't enough. We would not have been able to buy our house (and sell our condo) if it weren't for Albert. He was incredibly responsive to texts and emails at any time of day (he would answer us within a few MINUTES), and was so patient with explaining the process and making sure we understood the status of all throughout the escrow process.
