I've been going there for years. Fabulous practice and the Dr is a true artist. I have had major reconstructive work done recently and I couldn't be happier!!
RecommendedIncredible service. I had a few congenital missing teeth growing up and always dreaded the process. A very long and arduous process. Dr. Roderiques made it as painless and quick as possible. Excellent dentistry. I wouldn't recommend many dentists but this office is superb as is the doc.
Due to a serious accident as a teenager, by the time I was in my 30's I had lost most of my lower teeth. Dr. Al is not just a dentist. He is an artist, a sculptor. I finally got teeth I could chew with. I finally could smile without being embarrassed. I've since moved to FL and every dentist I've seen down here is in awe of the work he did. I would HIGHLY recommend him and have often!
I do not appreciate being lied to nor will tolerate incompetence. Being that I was a new patient you would think that the office as well as the doctor would do right by me, however that is not the case here. Very poor customer service skills as well as Dr. Roderques point blank lied. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
Had to cancel my two foster sons initial appointments due to the flu. Tried to reschedule a few weeks later and was told they booted them from the practice, without warning, phone call, or even the FIRST appointment, due to two "missed" appointments. I specifically talked to the office manager each time and she told me today to go somewhere else, they were too booked. Today office manager says go somewhere else when I asked for an appointment. Paperwork on your policies would have been nice.
Even at a young age he was an excellent Dentist with a passion to aspire to being the best !
