Posting cz I am a bit shocked with the behaviour of the receptionist, we had an appointment book and I got a message clearly saying to reconfirm the booking say Yes/No, I would have reschedule but they did not say to call in the message. I visited Albert Road Clinic a couple of weeks ago and was seen by Dr Shirani ,I was very happy with my apppointment with her ,she took the time to explain each step of the examination,answered all my questions ,and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. Highly recommend.

I visited this clinic based on the positive reviews but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The doctor was almost an hour late, and the appointment felt unnecessarily prolonged without a clear resolution. I later sought a second opinion at another GP clinic, where the original diagnosis was ruled out and I was given practical steps to recover. I also found the follow-up app notifications excessive after the visit. Sharing this as honest feedback for others considering the clinic.
