Dr. Redford is the best rheumatologist in Tucson, period.
For $10 an hour you can get someone to answer your phones. Every time I call to make an appointment I'm kept on hold for more than 30 minutes before I finally hang up. The automated system tells me I'm next in line, no callers ahead of me. Unbelievable!
I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for Dr Redford and his staff! From the moment you walk in, Janine is there warmly AND patiently waiting to greet and check me in. I first met Dr. Albert Redford when he was at Banner. He is so kind, super smart and always includes me in decision making regarding my health care. I followed him to TMC when he moved. I have recommended him to many patients looking for a good Rheumatoolgist. I will recommend him here as well.
I felt heard from a doctor for the first time ever! I explained my pain, he acknowledged it. He didn't think I was there for pain pills or exaggerating my pain unlike all the other doctors. I honestly feel like he's gonna find exactly what's wrong with me and help. I'm excited to see my future now.
