Dr. Hartman always goes out of his way to help me. I appreciate his staff for always going to extra mile to make me feel welcomed and prepared. He delivered my first child, and I am preparing for him to deliver me again. 10/10 if you want someone who knows what they are doing.
Absolutely most amazing doctor, he has delivered two of my babies and has been my doctor for over 15 years and couldn’t go anywhere else plus his nurse is the best Lindy.
I went in for a copper iud. He insisted he didn’t want to put in a copper IUD but the hormonal iud. I explained I’ve had the hormonal one before and had negative experiences with it. He told me he was giving me a lecture on why I should choose the hormonal iud and said “would you rather have cancer or acne, you already have acne” and kept saying hormonal iud helps prevent cancer. Worst Dr I have ever met. He is very rude and won’t listen to anything you have to say or what your concerns are. I specifically got sent to him from er for a 5 cm cyst that’s on my ovarie and he wouldn’t even look at it. Very very rude and nurse was not friendly either. All around HORRIBLE WORST EXPERIENCE!!
I paid the "refundable" $25.00 deposit they requested at the time of my appointment. What a joke in trying to get the refund. Also, they say open until 4:00. I've found that if calling billing around 3:30 or 3:45, they leave you on hold until after closing hours. I'm guessing they don't want to get involved in a billing question because they might after to stay until 4:05.
