2015 he did my adominal aorta aneurysm as I had pin holes in it. Then in surgery he found another where he opened me up. That one collapsed and 2 months later he fixed it. I have great memories of my experience with him.
I have been a patient of Doctor Pav for almost 2 years. He is EXTREMELY qualified, but most importantly he is honest and compassionate. He is supportive and encouraging to his patients as is his staff. Every patient is a antique individual and treated with caring and a desire to help. Simply, THE BEST!
We came in contact with Dr. Pavalonis in November 2021 when we were called early in the morning by William Fluker, P.A. to get to Lynchburg Hospital that my husband, Robert Strauch, had a triple aortic aneurysm and I had to get him to Lynchburg General Hospital - the very worst hospital in the entire universe. I got him to the ER at Lynchburg and Dr. Pavalonis did the surgery on him. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire surgery/ordeal. He was as nice and caring as anyone could imagine.
