Albert Montano has a superior sense of good service and he knows his business, and his pricing is fair. I had another septic company who did a horrible job, wired my pump incorrectly, left out the filter to the leach field. Albert is fair and deserves an excellent rating.
This company is completely unhelpful & obviously didn't care whether they got my business or not. I was doing my husband a favor by getting a load of rock. Our truck has a shell & he usually loads the rock himself. He called & asked if there would be help to load. He explained what he wanted to the women who answered the phone & she said there would be helpers available. I needed 26 tons of gravel for my driveway. The staff at the depot on Agua Fria were helpful and knowledgeable. We arranged delivery of two trucks for later the same day, the trucks arrived on time and both drivers were keen to assist with pouring the gravel in the best places. All in all an excellent experience and I would use the company again.
After an initial bad experience with the quality of a road base delivery, Montano offered a discount on the next delivery which I accepted.
They delivered 3/4 of a ton more than I ordered and are refusing to fully refund me for the amount over what I ordered. I also have to eat the money I have to pay my employees to spread the extra 3/4 ton of gravel, because it was for an estimated project. The staff are argumentative and unapologetic. Very poor customer service.
They were so helpful, and, nice to work with. I needed pumice for an avocado plant and then some rocks for my garden. Each time I had super help and was very satisfied. They have a beautiful yard displaying their products. Fun to go there.
loader operator has attitude and overloads your vehicle, giving you 2 tons instead of 1/2 tone of gravel, then argues with you. also handed me shovel with idea that i would remove 1.5 tons of his mistake. go some where else, too many yards in town with nice people.
