My family ordered an LG W/D with pedestals and a D/W in early September. Our D/W arrived promptly and on time. I was told our W/D would arrive on Nov 15th, however only the dryer was delivered. We were expecting both to arrive today because we have been waiting for close to 4 months. I called Albert Lee in Tacoma and was told our arrival date for the washer is now mid-January. That is a full 6 months from purchase and 3 months from the date promised. I had called prior and was assured over the phone both the washer and drye... read more

Great selection and good prices. BUT - I purchased a new refrigerator and due to the 3 week delay in delivery availability opted to pick up the appliance myself in two days. The sales associate instructed me to call the Fife warehouse 30 minutes prior to my arrival there so the item would be ready to go. I called the warehouse and they said they didn't have any more available. I had to drive to their Ballard warehouse ( 1 1/2 hours each way) to pick up the item. Cliff immediately corrected my stovetop/oven/venting idea which would have cost me considerable money as a non-workable option. He directed me to the correct option and assisted me again when I didn't like that option to one that I did like. Delivery was as promised.

Cliff was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and not pushy at all. With his help we were easily able to make our purchase decision. He made shopping for a dishwasher a fun experience! Can't say that has ever happened before. We will shop again at Albert Lee Appliance and ask for Cliff for our future purchases.

Tylar was very honest trust worthy and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed shopping there at the Tacoma store. I would return again and request Tylar in a minute.
