Their communication must be improving. I called today at 12:55 and got an answer first try and I'm on the list to get my ash trees treated. They were hard to contact two years ago. When they arrived they were very professional.

First rate people and the work they do is fantastic. I have had them remove a 50 year old willow tree, cable a split tree, and remove a very large branch from another old willow tree. Before they came, they made sure the ground was firm enough to prevent ruts in the yard. When they finished, they cleaned the area very thoroughly.

You can't even call these people. You are sent to an automated call center for True Green and they won't even work on trees.

Should have listened to the other reviews. Set up a time with the owner to have some work done but they never showed up, never contacted us and stopped responding. Now leading into winter we have to wait until next year to have the work done. I understand that things happen and plans change but to just stop communicating, that's what gets me.

I'd recommend calling elsewhere. Poor communicational skills, wrong information, very high prices.
