Thank you! I’m a small customer, walked in at a very busy time for regular commercial customers. Irene (?) was handling quite a load of orders but fit me in between calls to assist with a paint match, questions, gathering items, some instructions and patience with my questions. I really appreciated her time and patience with me. I will absolutely return, and I’ll recommend Kemperle at car shows, meets, etc.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is out of control now. My family has been a customer since the 80s. I can honestly say I’m about to take my business elsewhere. Rich is the most disrespectful person I have ever met in the customer service department. I called for 5 gallons of essential. I have in 59 years of being alive never dealt with more rude unprofessional and incompetent behavior.. They have zero respect for anyone that calls in and interrupts their coffee break or in general ask them a question.. I’ve done business with several companies under the Kemperle name and all have been extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and go above and beyond .
