I've been seeing Dr. Rudick for years to address my dry eye and other eye issues, and we had been talking about PRK for awhile. He never pressured me, but did recommend it considering it as I had a -8 prescription and dry eye meant I could rarely wear contacts. When I finally felt comfortable, he recommended PRK. He was super kind patient the day of the surgery, attentive during follow ups, and even gave me his cell phone number, which was helpful when the pharmacy had an issue with one of the drops I needed. Professional,thorough,friendly, immediate and specific diagnosis, staff gentle and accommodating and detailed. Immediately passed me to his partner to schedule surgery to remove cataracts. His name is Dr. Gerald Shepps. He had a wonderful demeanor and now I can see clearly. Both procedures were pain free and follow ups were simple.
