This guy is an absolute joke. Thinks he is a licensed tradesman with his appraisals, impossible to work with, wouldn’t recommend him to my competition.

Took over 10 days to get appraisal report. Appraisal had inaccuracies. Was incapable of doing the math to figure out our lot size. Had do my own leg work and spend my own money to provide him with the size of our lot. Has no business making decisions that have such large effects on people’s lives. His “professional opinion” is worthless.
