Dr Albert Capanna did micro surgery on my back after I suffered sciatica pain for 10 months. The pain was unbearable. He treated me like I was his only patient. I would not be alive to write this review without Dr Capanna. I needed emergency surgery way out at Centennial hospital because I had a blood vessel burst in my brain, rendering a ride to UMC a potential death sentence. I collapsed in our living room at around 7:30pm on Sunday February 26th, 2017. I was rushed to the ER at Centennial hospital & the staff determined, pretty quickly, after a CT scan, that my brain was filling with blood & if they didn’t move quick, I was going to die. Dr. Capanna made me able to play football again. He is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and puts the patients' concern first. Not only is he a great doctor, but his office is the most efficient building I have ever seen. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to talk to him. I would recommend anybody to Dr. Capanna.
My son severed his spine at the L1 in a dirt bike accident in Jan. 2015 Dr. Capanna performed emergency back surgery put a cage in his back. Immediately after my son was deemed a complete paraplegic. After months of rehab my son is now walking unassisted. I feel my son is literally a Walking Miracle thanks to Dr. Capanna and his staff for their quick response to my son's needs. He is so personalable, treated my child as his own and made me feel so at ease during the whole ordeal. Thank you!!!!
My son would not be with us today if it was not for Dr. Capanna. He is so compassionate and has an incredible bedside manner. He explained everything to us and treated my son like his own. You can tell he really loves what he does and loves helping people. If you want a top quality doctor with tons of experience then Dr. Capanna is it!
Dr Capanna did my lower back surgery a few years ago. The only time I saw him was my initial appointment in his office. Barely examined me before he told me he would fix my back for me with a laser surgery. After the surgery was over he discharged me less than 12 hours later without seeing me. I had not been out of bed yet. I was pain free for only two days until I felt something snap. I called his office but they would not help. Just denied anything could be wrong. Saw family doc after that.
Dr. Capanna did my back surgery back in 1992. What a wonderful doctor. Had me up and walking the night of my surgery.
