I installed all new white oak floor with custom stain in July 2007 over 2200 square ft condo. Within 30 days the entire floor had cupped. Griffith response was that it would likely correct itself by winter, and if not, they would refinish in 6 months. There was a moisture problem in the crawlspace and Griffith had either NOT measured the humindity prior to their install, which is clearly a violation of national flooring standards, or had measured it and ignored it.
