They have always been great until they changed their phone system and now you cannot get ahold of anyone and can only leave a message and hope they will call you back. Their message says they will call within 24 hours but I have called everyday now for three days and have not gotten a call back. Hopefully you never have to be seen same day because that would be impossible. Myself, my wife, my sister, and my brother-in-law will all be finding a new Dr.
