I phoned the branch on Burnsed Blvd in the Villages, FL to inquire about doing a simple banking transaction, I am a non-customer and made it very clear to the bank representative that I was a non-customer, I was told that the branch would be able to handle my transaction in the bank lobby with a teller. I drove to the branch to only be told that the transaction could not be handled. I requested to speak to the branch manager who I found to be less than professional and very discourteous and laughed about my concern.
I used to avoid this location till now, but I had to make a deposit, so I had to stop at this location, they have new tellers now, I met this new lady not sure of her name as they do not have name plates, but as per my conversation with her I believe her last name is Patel, as soon as I walk in, she greeted me with big and beautiful smile, I went there to only do deposit, but she educated me with depositing checks on my phones as well as taking money out from atm, and in addition, she help me understood reasons for us to pr... read more
I bank with Wells Fargo and primarily use the 10921 N. Scottsdale Rd location as the company I work for for the last 13 years is directly across the street. I have worked with Sam Rayyan (Associate Personal Banker) at this location for quite a while and he has been instrumental with my banking needs and has exceptional customer service. I trust him completely, he has gone above and beyond for me in guidance through an extremely stressful banking situation. I am very grateful for his service.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!! I saw an ad on the internet that Wells Fargo was offering a $300 bonus for anyone opening a new checking account. Minimum deposit was $1,000. So, I opened the account online and was approved immediately. I entered the bonus code to receive $300 and entered my credit card for the initial $25 deposit. I have been with Wells Fargo for 33 years and never had an experience like this today. Wow. I had an insurance claim on my rental property where they send checks to me for reimbursement. So far I have had to deposit three checks into my WF account. Every time I try to deposit these checks that have my name on it, I have to deposit it in person with photo ID. Wells Fargo does NOT have customer service. Here is the result of my experience with Wells Fargo Customer service. 3 years ago, Wells Fargo contracted the customer service to the Enterprise Complaints Management office who in turn contracted the independent contractors labeled ECMO to deal with the complaints. The ECMOs are employees of the Enterprise Complaints Management who are working from the comfort of their home without any supervision and NOT under the Wells Fargo management.
