DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK!! I saw an ad on the internet that Wells Fargo was offering a $300 bonus for anyone opening a new checking account. Minimum deposit was $1,000. So, I opened the account online and was approved immediately. I entered the bonus code to receive $300 and entered my credit card for the initial $25 deposit. I have been with Wells Fargo for 33 years and never had an experience like this today. Wow. I had an insurance claim on my rental property where they send checks to me for reimbursement. So far I have had to deposit three checks into my WF account. Every time I try to deposit these checks that have my name on it, I have to deposit it in person with photo ID. The tellers at this branch are ignorant about how to deposit this type of check. I have had to explain to them each time, how to do it. Today the teller wouldn't let me ... read more

Wells Fargo does NOT have customer service. Here is the result of my experience with Wells Fargo Customer service. 3 years ago, Wells Fargo contracted the customer service to the Enterprise Complaints Management office who in turn contracted the independent contractors labeled ECMO to deal with the complaints. The ECMOs are employees of the Enterprise Complaints Management who are working from the comfort of their home without any supervision and NOT under the Wells Fargo management. Worst services! Withdrawn $400 on February 14th and teller Veronica placed the currency in one/five/ten/fifty dollar bills in an envelope and handed over to me. To my utter dismay, the majority of the currency found to be damaged so badly, i.e., very old, torn, worn, limp with wrinkles and some corners missing. It looks like Wells Fargo got them from the flood area. I don't have time to return them. Shame on Wells Fargo, a repute bankers in the nation!

This branch is running by bad management. I guess will go out of business soon. The manager told me that he does not know how to order a replacement for an expired ATM card. Anybody would believe that? the manager was busy making jokes to amuse the employees.

The manager of the Wells Fargo on Hendersonville road was rude to me. I had come into the branch to deposit some checks and when I went to look for my car keys they were gone. I went to my car and it was locked as it would have been because I locked it with my car fob when I got out and went into the branch. I told the manager that my keys were missing. Stay away .1 Teller line all way to door Cortez location every time I go in there .n very long line 1 Teller Everytime.
