I had a very bad experience with this office. The billing department is the worst specially submitting the claims to the insurance. I’m dealing with the insurance after 2 years that this office has not submitted the claim for the lower retainer for my son’s teeth. This office is requesting me to pay the amount left. I contacted so many times the billing department Mrs Tara, reminding her that she needs to submit the claim to the insurance in order to get paid.
