My oil ran out and I have been a customer for years and years, and I only live a few streets away from this company and their website says they have a “24/7 emergency service” but when I called (at 5pm) they said there was 4 people ahead of me.. then 3.. then 2.. then when it came to my turn they told me no and were extremely rude to me. They told me that I have to wait till tomorrow while my pipes freeze…I live 2 minutes away… I will be contacting the better business bureau and speaking to all my neighbors to switch compani... read more
Oil deliveries are always on time and should you need service, regardless of time of year (Christmas Eve!), they will promptly respond (Thank you, Richard!)
