Dr. Cook was ready to see me when I showed up for my appointments. I never had to wait for him to show up. Not only was he able to provide everything he promised me, they went above and beyond my expectations. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Dr Cook took time to listen to my symptoms and took notes to which he referred to in follow up appointments - I really value that kind of attention. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was quiet and welcoming. I was able to relax very easily.

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Was this neurologist friendly? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They weren't friendly at all to me during my appointment. They were extremely rude and impolite, which made me devalue their opinion and ability to provide proper care. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed.
