Went in for a hernia surgery, was told about how they have two sets of eyes on everything so they won't make mistakes. Here I am sitting at home in pain because they never sent over my pain meds. Everything but that was great, but that's a pretty huge error especially after all the pre-surgey talk about making sure I'm OK.
Dr Chen is a fantastic Doctor. Very empathetic and a great listener. He is also one of the most knowledgeable and skilled physicians I have ever visited.
I believe this dr and his office are completely inept. How many months should it take for you to call and get medical records when you were given the previous drs name and phone number. No call backs, no response. I’ll take my business elsewhere thanks...
Dr Chen was very professional throughout my surgery issues.
I am writing this review on behalf of my father. Dr. Chen has provided exceptional care for my father over the last four years, and saved his life through multiple high risk surgeries. He has treated my father with the utmost respect. Over the course of my father's three year journey with colon cancer, Dr. Chen has been critical to my father's recovery. He answered my familys' many questions, scheduled conference calls and even allowed us to contact him at any time. Dr. Chen is exceptional!
