접수 데스크 직원분들도 정말 친절하시고 예약 시간에 가니 거의 기다리지 않고 진료 받을 수 있었습니다. 고통이 너무 심해서 참을 수 있는 정도가 아니라 빠른 치료가 필요했는데, Manraj Athwal 의사선생님께서 제 증상을 하나하나 이해하고 검진해주셔서 제 증상에 맞는 약을 받아 통증이 조금씩 호전되고 있습니다. 캐나다에서의 첫 진료라 긴장했는데 천천히 시간을 가지며 증상을 잘 들어주시고 처방해주셔서 감사합니다. 증상이 호전되고는 있지만 완전히 낫지 않는 경우, 다시 병원 방문하여 Manraj Athwal께 진료받겠습니다~!
I always have to wait minimum 30 minutes PAST my appointment time. Even with a family doctor, even when I have appointments booked a month in advance. The girls at the front desk failed to email my information to the specialist my doctor referred me to. Super disorganized, and have zero respect for the patients time
I was pleased to see how nice the clinic is. Looks very stylish and the staff are so friendly not to mention that the wait times were next level I mean there was no wait time I booked my appointment. I went in on time was called in immediately. See my doctor discussed. What needed to be discussed. Made plans to come back again for a follow up appointment and that was that.
Our experience with Alberni Medical Clinic has been excellent. The registration process and acceptance with our new family doctor were very smooth and convenient. The staff are welcoming, professional, and helpful. Our new doctor is very friendly, approachable, and makes us feel comfortable during appointments. We truly appreciate the positive and caring environment at the clinic.
The staff are nice they really make sure you won't missed your appointment by sending msgs. through sms and email and sometimes calls to confirm
