Worst service provider I’ve ever worked with. The individual who showed up was very rude from the start. From asking where the fireplace was to asking for a check, every time he spoke, he sounded impatient and upset. It was downright strange. It was $389. This was on August 27th in preparation for cold weather. My first burn was October 28th, and smoke poured into the house.
