My dentist is ordering my veneers through here and they have screwed up on them and made them wrong 3 times now. I have been wearing temporary teeth on my front six teeth for two and a half months now which means I can’t chew with my front teeth. Not to mention getting multiple shots 15 to be exact, every time I go to the dent to get them put on. Just to find out they were made wrong again. This is effecting so much in my life it is ridiculous! Never would recommend doing this ever
Terrible customer service. I’ve practiced for 28 years using same techniques to minimize occlusal adjustments. Request ed metal articulator to be used for multiple units but still receive inaccurate plastic articulators. No patient should have to sit for an hour to seat a crown. No communication.

We drove from Virginia and I took the entire family to visit Albensi's 60,000 square foot hi-tech facility. What an amazing place! Don gave us a personal tour of each component of the dental laboratory- my kids particularly enjoyed the computer design area where the crowns are developed. If you are not using Albensi Dental Lab you should- My office has been with them for nearly seven years and we have superior crowns from them.
