Terrible. The only therapist in my life who's ever made me feel worse about myself. Also don't go if you dont want to hear an unprofessional political rant from time to time. Office also smells like Urine. Leaving her office and finding a competent therapist was a wonderful choice. Stay far away from this office!
i recently moved to EC and needed a therapist. the first time i called i spoke with TRACY. i had to RESCHEDULE twice as i WAS IN THE HOSPITAL. i showed proof. SHE NEVER RESPONDED. i called a different therapist and guess who answers, TRACY. she said shed call me back. never did. i called back and she said today was the only day the doc sees people. i asked why she didn't say that, she said.."i didnt know you were suicidal and you cancelled before with another doctor" ummm i was in the hospital...i had seizures. sent her proo... read more
Dr. Catherine McGrogan and her receptionist Tracy do not operate in an honest and professional manner. They are not forthright with the insurance companies with which they work and do not take reasonable measures to disclose to their patients the amounts that will be charged to them for each session. I was told explicitly by them that they were in network with my insurance company for several months. Each visit I confirmed this by paying my co-pay of $10.
