The story is long! So all I'm going to say is when I ask for the documentation concerning the issue. Over 12 minutes later no documentation was produced. This definitely is a owner issue. Normal people would have pictures on the phone and the video easily pulled up as proof. The owner produced none! All I asked for was Proof and I would have paid him his money!
