I stumbled upon Albemarle Gardens in 2012. I had no idea you could find an apartment in Newton for (at that time) $1,370. Even today in Fall 2019, the rent is below market rate. The maintenance staff is amazing. If I put in a work order at 7 am, it's done by the time I get home from work.
